2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough ๐Ÿฅ

ยพ lb sliced corned beef, chopped ๐Ÿฅฉ

8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded ๐Ÿง€

1 cup sauerkraut, well drained ๐Ÿฅฌ

ยฝ cup Thousand Island dressing ๐Ÿฅซ

1 egg, beaten ๐Ÿฅš

1 tsp caraway seeds (optional) ๐ŸŒฟ

1 tbsp melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Crescent Dough
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, sealing the seams. Bake for 5โ€“7 minutes, just until lightly golden.

Layer the Filling

Spread Thousand Island dressing over the pre-baked dough.

Layer on the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly.
