Refreshing Lemonade Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Lemon slices and zest for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, beating until well combined.
3. Stir in the thawed lemonade concentrate until fully incorporated.
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
7. Before serving, garnish with lemon slices and zest if desired.
