Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made Oreo pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for garnish)
1/4 cup melted chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
Directions:
Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Whip the Heavy Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Be sure not to overmix.
Combine Filling and Whipped Cream:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, mixing until fully incorporated and fluffy.
Fill the Crust:
Spoon the peanut butter filling into the pre-made Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill the Pie:
Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
Add Garnish:
Before serving, sprinkle the chopped mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top of the pie. Drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra indulgent touch if desired.
Serve:
Slice and serve cold. Enjoy the rich, creamy peanut butter flavor with the classic Reeseās crunch!
