Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Ingredients:
½ cup (120g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (130g) creamy peanut butter
½ cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup (approximately 125g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate or a mix)
Instructions:
Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer (handheld or stand mixer), cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
Add sugars: Gradually add the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar to the butter mixture. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Incorporate egg and vanilla: Beat in the large egg until just combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.
