🍕 Reese’s Brownie Dessert Pizza
The ultimate peanut butter & chocolate lover’s dream!
🧁 Ingredients
1 box fudge brownie mix (Betty Crocker, Ghirardelli, or similar)
Eggs, oil, water (as required by the brownie mix instructions)
½ cup creamy peanut butter (like Skippy)
1 tub chocolate frosting
Reese’s Pieces (for topping)
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, halved or whole (mini or regular)
👨🍳 How to Make It
1. Prep Your Pan & Oven
Preheat oven to the temperature listed on the brownie box (usually 350°F / 175°C).
Grease or line a round pizza pan (12-inch preferred) with parchment paper.
2. Make the Brownie Crust
Prepare the brownie batter according to box directions.
Pour batter into the pizza pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 18–22 minutes (may vary slightly depending on pan size), until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool completely in the pan.
3. Add the Peanut Butter Layer
Microwave ½ cup peanut butter for 15–30 seconds until spreadable.
Spread a thin, even layer over the cooled brownie “crust.” This adds flavor and helps the frosting spread easier.
4. Frost It Like a Pizza
Spread a thick layer of chocolate frosting over the peanut butter layer.
Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out evenly.
5. Candy Toppings Galore
Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces evenly over the frosted surface.
Arrange halved or whole Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top like pizza toppings. Mini cups work great, but regular-size cups cut in halves or quarters also look great.
🍽️ To Serve
Chill for 10–15 minutes if you want cleaner slices.
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice into wedges or squares.
✨ Optional Add-Ons
Drizzle with extra melted peanut butter or chocolate ganache.
Top with chopped peanuts for a crunchy twist.
Sprinkle a little sea salt for sweet-salty balance.
