Ranch-Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and set them aside.
In a shallow bowl, combine the ranch dressing with the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each chicken breast into the ranch-Parmesan mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
In a separate shallow bowl, place the panko bread crumbs.
Press each coated chicken breast into the panko crumbs, covering all sides evenly.
Bake the Chicken:
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the chicken for added crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Final Touches:
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve the Ranch-Parmesan Chicken with a side of mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
