Pull-Apart Pizza Bread
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands), cut into quarters
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni, cut into quarters)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a bundt pan (or a 9×13-inch baking dish) with nonstick spray or butter.
2. Prepare Biscuit Pieces:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mini pepperoni slices, and any optional toppings (like bell peppers or olives).
3. Add Seasonings and Butter:
Pour the melted butter over the biscuit mixture.
Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Toss everything together until all pieces are well coated and mixed.
4. Assemble in Pan:
Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve:
Let it cool slightly, then carefully invert the pizza bread onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
