Potato and Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. After grating the potatoes, place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a stick or cylindrical shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Carefully place the potato sticks into the hot oil, frying them in batches. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the sticks from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack, with your favorite dipping sauce.
