Ingredients:
4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat and Sear:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are softened.
Prepare Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, water, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Assemble Casserole:
In a baking dish, arrange the seared pork chops.
Top with the sautéed onions and bell peppers.
Pour the soup mixture over the top, ensuring everything is well covered.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
