Pizza Quesadillas

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp butter, for cooking
Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Directions:
Prepare Ingredients:
Lay out your tortillas and spread about 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one side of each tortilla.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Then, add pepperoni slices, cooked Italian sausage, olives, mushrooms, and bell pepper (or any of your favorite pizza toppings). Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Assemble the Quesadilla:
Place another tortilla on top, sandwiching the toppings. Press gently to secure it.
Cook the Quesadillas:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Once melted, place the quesadilla on the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Be careful not to burn it; adjust the heat as needed.
Repeat and Slice:
Repeat the process for the remaining quesadillas. Once done, slice each quesadilla into wedges.
Serve:
Serve the pizza quesadillas warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
