Pizza Monkey Bread

Pizza Monkey Bread

Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (buttermilk or original)
1 cup pepperoni, sliced (or your favorite pizza toppings)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Prepare the Dough:
Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
Coat the Dough:
In a separate bowl, pour the melted butter. Dip each piece of dough into the melted butter, ensuring they are well coated. Then place them in the greased bundt pan, layering them with the biscuit mixture as you go. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the monkey bread from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
