Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (any kind you prefer)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4-5 slices of pepperoni (optional)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning or dried oregano (optional)

Directions:
Butter the Bread:
Butter one side of each slice of bread. This will be the side that faces out when you grill the sandwich.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Lay one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the other side of the bread (the unbuttered side). Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza sauce, and add slices of pepperoni if desired.
Top it Off:
Spread pizza sauce on the other slice of bread (on the unbuttered side) and place it on top of the cheese, sauce side down. The buttered side should be facing up.
Grill the Sandwich:
Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.
Add Toppings:
After removing from the skillet, sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the top for extra flavor.
Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy your melty, cheesy, pizza-flavored grilled cheese!
