Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup ketchup (optional)
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter and set aside.
Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Season the Beef: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef mixture. Set aside.
Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.
Assemble the Pie: Spread the cooked ground beef mixture evenly in the greased pie dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef.
Pour the Batter: Pour the Bisquick batter over the beef and cheese layers, ensuring the beef is fully covered.
Bake: Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set. You can check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, drizzle ketchup and mustard on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
