Ingredients
1.5 oz Malibu Rum (or any coconut rum)
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Cran-Strawberry Juice (or Cranberry Juice + a splash of Strawberry Syrup)
Ice
Optional Garnish: Pineapple wedge, strawberry, or a maraschino cherry
🔧 How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Malibu rum, pineapple juice, and cran-strawberry juice.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until the drink is nice and cold.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a tropical fruit skewer or a tiny cocktail umbrella for flair.
