Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 bottle champagne or prosecco (chilled)
¼ cup grenadine
Pineapple slices (for garnish)
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:
Prepare the Glasses:
Chill your champagne flutes by placing them in the fridge or filling them with ice for a few minutes. Once chilled, remove the ice (if used).
Add Pineapple Juice:
Pour about 2-3 oz of pineapple juice into each champagne flute.
Add Champagne:
Slowly top off each glass with champagne or prosecco, leaving a little room at the top.
Create the Upside-Down Effect:
Carefully pour 1 tbsp of grenadine into each glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating the signature “upside-down” layered look.
Garnish:
Add a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry to the rim of each glass for a tropical touch. You can also drop a cherry into the bottom of each glass for extra flavor.
Serve:
Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, fruity twist on the classic mimosa!
