Pineapple Fluff Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Combine Pineapple and Pudding Mix:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple with the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until the pudding mix is completely dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken.
Add Marshmallows and Coconut:
Fold in the mini marshmallows and shredded sweetened coconut until well combined.
Fold in Cool Whip:
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Add Nuts (Optional):
If using, fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts for an added crunch.
Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Pineapple Fluff for at least 1 hour, or until well chilled.
Serve:
Serve the Pineapple Fluff in individual dessert bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
