🧾 Ingredients

  • 5–6 large dill pickles

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1–2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning (to taste)

  • ¼ cup bacon bits or cooked bacon, finely chopped

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: chopped green onions or crushed red pepper


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

  • Slice pickles lengthwise.

  • Scoop out the centers using a spoon to create a shallow “boat.”

  • Pat pickles dry with paper towels (important for best texture).


2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning until smooth.

  • Fold in bacon bits and half of the shredded cheddar.


3️⃣ Fill & Top

  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pickle half.

  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.


4️⃣ Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

  • Arrange pickle poppers in a single layer.

  • Air fry 4–5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.


5️⃣ Serve

  • Let cool for 1–2 minutes (they’re HOT!).

  • Serve immediately and watch them disappear.
