🧾 Ingredients

5–6 large dill pickles

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1–2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning (to taste)

¼ cup bacon bits or cooked bacon, finely chopped

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: chopped green onions or crushed red pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

Slice pickles lengthwise.

Scoop out the centers using a spoon to create a shallow “boat.”

Pat pickles dry with paper towels (important for best texture).
2️⃣ Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning until smooth.

Fold in bacon bits and half of the shredded cheddar.
3️⃣ Fill & Top

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pickle half.

Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
4️⃣ Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Arrange pickle poppers in a single layer.

Air fry 4–5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5️⃣ Serve

Let cool for 1–2 minutes (they’re HOT!).
