🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely diced (optional but classic!)

  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon salt
