1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 cup mushrooms, finely diced (optional but classic!)

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
