1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12-count)

1 cup pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

30–40 pepperoni slices
Garlic Butter Topping

4 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 tsp parsley (optional)
🍕 Directions (7 Steps)
1. Prep the rolls
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected). Place the bottom half on a greased baking dish.
2. Layer with sauce
Spread pizza sauce evenly across the bottom layer of rolls.
3. Add cheese
Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the sauce for a melty base layer.
4. Add pepperoni
Arrange pepperoni slices generously over the cheese, covering the entire surface.
5. Add more cheese
Sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella for extra gooey goodness.
6. Add the top rolls + garlic butter
Place the top half of the rolls on, then brush with the garlic-butter mixture.
7. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted throughout.
Cool 5 minutes, slice, and pull apart!
