PEPPERONI PIZZA BURGER

👨‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make the patties:
    In a bowl, mix ground beef, Italian sausage, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 burger patties (don’t overwork the meat).

  2. Cook the burgers:
    Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through and nicely browned.

  3. Add pizza toppings:
    Spoon a little pizza sauce on each patty, top with mozzarella, then add pepperoni slices. Cover the pan for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and pepperoni gets slightly crispy.

  4. Toast the buns:
    Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush on the buns and toast in a pan or on the grill until golden.

  5. Assemble:
    Place the pizza burger patty on the bottom bun, sprinkle with Parmesan, add the top bun, and press gently.

  6. Serve:
    Serve hot with fries, onion rings, or extra pizza sauce for dipping 🍟🍕
