Pecan Pie Dump Cake
Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup pecan halves
2 cups yellow cake mix (dry, straight from the box)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
3. Spread the pecan halves evenly over the butter.
4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pecans—do not stir.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
6. Slowly pour the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top of the dry cake mix, making sure to moisten as much surface as possible—do not mix.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
8. Let the dump cake rest for 15 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
