Directions:

Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the toasted pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
Incorporate the Wet Ingredients:

Stir in the maple syrup, apple juice (or bourbon), and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and holds together when pressed.
Form the Balls:
