Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup mini marshmallows (optional, for added texture)
Chocolate shavings or chips (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Whipping Cream:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
Mix the Peanut Butter:
In another large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix together using a spatula or mixer until well combined and smooth.
Fold in the Whipped Cream:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Use a spatula to incorporate the two, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Continue folding until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add Optional Ingredients:
If using, gently fold in the mini marshmallows for added texture.
Chill:
Transfer the Peanut Butter Fluff to a serving bowl or individual cups. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
Serve:
Serve chilled as a dip with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or spread on toast. Top with chocolate shavings or chips for a decorative touch if desired.
