Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or homemade)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup whipped topping (optional for garnish)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional for garnish)
Chocolate syrup (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and continue to beat until fully combined.
Whip the Heavy Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes using a hand or stand mixer). Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until it’s smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Pie:
Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill the Pie:
Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set and firm.
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, optionally top the pie with whipped topping, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for extra flavor and presentation.
