For the Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1½ cups cold buttermilk
½ cup unsalted butter, melted (plus extra for brushing)
1½ cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained if canned)
¼ cup peach juice/syrup or fresh peach purée
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
ÂĽ tsp vanilla extract

1 Preheat & Butter Up
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Pour melted butter into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Coat the entire bottom.
2 Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
3 Add Buttermilk
Pour in the cold buttermilk and stir gently—don’t overmix! Batter should be thick and lumpy.
4 Fold in Peaches
Gently fold in diced peaches evenly throughout the batter.
5 Pour & Drizzle
Pour batter into dish over butter—do not stir. Spread evenly and drizzle peach juice/syrup over the top.
6 Bake
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
7 Make Glaze
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
8 Finish
Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits and let it set briefly before serving.
