Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls
Garlic butter, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning wrapped in soft pizza dough — these pizza rolls are perfect for dipping and snacking!

Ingredients 🛒:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the dough:
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a clean surface. If using homemade dough, roll it out to a rectangle about 12×8 inches.

Make the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix.

Assemble the rolls:
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pizza dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the buttered dough.

Roll and slice:
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal it. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:
Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve and enjoy:
Let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve them warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

💡 Tips:
You can sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top of the rolls before baking for extra cheesy flavor.

Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat if you like spice.

If you have leftover rolls, reheat them in the oven for a couple of minutes to bring back their crunch.
