Parmesan Garlic Bacon Lasagna
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1½ lbs lean ground beef
1½ cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1½ cups marinara sauce
6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain if needed. Stir in tomato paste and marinara sauce; season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
In a greased baking dish, layer as follows: noodles, meat sauce, dollops of ricotta, and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat layers until full.
Top final layer with cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Sprinkle evenly with crispy turkey bacon.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
