2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for cooking)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry. If thick, pound lightly to even thickness for even cooking. -
Set Up Breading Stations

Bowl 1: Whisk eggs with milk

Bowl 2: Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
