Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 large eggs

Directions:
Prepare the Breading:
In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Prepare the Egg Wash:
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. This will serve as the egg wash for the chicken tenders.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each chicken tender into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off.
Then, press the chicken tenders into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated on all sides. Press gently to help the coating adhere.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Cook the Chicken Tenders:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Lightly spray the tops of the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Air Fry the Chicken:
Cook the chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve:
Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
