One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

8 oz pasta (e.g., penne, fusilli, or farfalle)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef or chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the Beef:
In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and remove the beef from the pot. Set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Add the Pasta and Broth:
Stir in the uncooked pasta and pour in the broth, ensuring the pasta is fully submerged. Increase heat to bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

Add the Cream and Cheese:
Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if desired. Return the cooked beef to the pot and mix until everything is well combined. Let cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and everything is heated through.

Season and Serve:
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
