One month before a stroke, your body sends you these warning signals.

Even though they appear suddenly and disappear quickly, these symptoms are very serious:

  • Numbness or weakness on one side of the body (face, arm or leg)

  • Difficulty speaking or understanding

  • Loss of vision or blurred vision

  • Dizziness or loss of balance

  • Intense and unusual headaches

👉 These signs may correspond to a  mini-stroke (TIA) , which is often a warning sign before a more serious stroke.
