No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup (250g) smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons (63g) honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups (135g) rolled oats
¼ cup (45g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Add the rolled oats and chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. If the mixture is too crumbly, add milk (1 tablespoon at a time) until it becomes more manageable
3. Roll the mixture into 1-ounce balls using your hands or a small scoop.
4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate the protein balls for about 20 minutes to help them set.
6. Once set, transfer the protein balls to an airtight container. Store them at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
