NO-BAKE OREO MUD PIE

INGREDIENTS
Oreo Crust:
30 Oreo cookies (with filling)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
15 crushed Oreo cookies
Topping:
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
2–3 tbsp chocolate fudge sauce (room temp)
Whole Oreos and chocolate shavings (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the crust:
In a food processor, crush Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling:
Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in crushed Oreos.
3. Assemble:
Pour filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Decorate:
Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top. Drizzle with fudge sauce and top with whole Oreos and chocolate curls.

Tips:
You can freeze it for a firmer slice. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Swap whipped cream with Cool Whip if preferred.
