Ingredients:
1 package Funfetti Oreos (about 36 cookies)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Additional Funfetti Oreos and sprinkles for garnish

Instructions:
Make the Whipped Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Dip the Oreos:
Pour the milk into a shallow bowl. Dip each Funfetti Oreo in the milk for a few seconds to soften them slightly.
Layer the Cake:
In an 8×8-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom.
Arrange a layer of dipped Funfetti Oreos over the whipped cream. Spread another layer of whipped cream over the Oreos.
Repeat the layers until all the cookies and whipped cream are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
Add Sprinkles:
Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles evenly over the top layer of whipped cream.
