No-Bake Chocolate M&M Pie
A decadent chocolate pie with a crunchy cookie crust, topped with creamy chocolate filling and a pop of colorful M&Ms.
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreos or graham crackers)
½ cup melted butter
For the Chocolate Filling:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup powdered sugar
For Topping:
1 cup M&Ms (or more for extra color!)
Instructions:
Prepare the crust:
In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Make the chocolate filling:
In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar until combined.
Assemble the pie:
Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is firm and fully set.
Top with M&Ms:
Before serving, sprinkle the M&Ms generously on top of the pie for a colorful and crunchy finish.
Serve and enjoy:
Slice and serve chilled. The pie is best enjoyed cold and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
💡 Tips:
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
If you want a smoother filling, you can add a bit of cream cheese to the mixture.
