Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Sour cream, for serving

Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens and the flavors meld. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
If using store-bought nacho cheese sauce, heat it according to the package instructions.
If making homemade nacho cheese sauce, prepare it on the stovetop while the beef is cooking, ensuring it’s warm and smooth.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce down the center of each tortilla.
Spoon an equal amount of the seasoned beef mixture over the cheese sauce.
Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, and jalapeños if using.
Wrap It Up:
Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
You can warm the wraps in a skillet or on a griddle for a minute on each side to lightly toast them, if desired.
Serve and Enjoy:
Slice the wraps in half and serve warm, with a dollop of sour cream on the side for dipping.
