Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
Salsa, for serving (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or microwave them for 20-30 seconds until pliable.
Spread a generous layer of nacho cheese sauce over each tortilla.
Spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over the cheese sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
Fold and Heat the Wraps:
Fold the sides of each tortilla inwards, then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Slice each wrap in half diagonally.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
