Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sauté Vegetables:
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
Season the Beef:
Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the flavors are well combined.
Warm Tortillas:
While the beef mixture is cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spread a portion of nacho cheese sauce evenly over each tortilla.
Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Drizzle with sour cream and salsa.
Wrap and Serve:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh cilantro if using.
