Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (jarred or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
1/2 cup salsa (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for added flavor)
Cooking spray or oil for cooking

Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions (usually adding some water) to combine. Simmer for a few minutes until well mixed and heated through.
Warm the Tortillas:
While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until they are soft and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
Top with a portion of the seasoned beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any additional toppings like jalapeños or salsa.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese for extra cheesiness.
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to form a tight wrap.
Optional – Toast the Wraps:
In the same skillet, lightly spray with cooking spray or oil and toast the wraps on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Serve:
Slice the wraps in half, serve with extra nacho cheese sauce or salsa for dipping, and enjoy!
