My Crockpot Chili – Made from Scratch!

✅ Ingredients:

🥩 3 lbs ground beef, drained🥫 1 can white kidney beans🥫 2 cans red kidney beans🍅 1 can tomato sauce🥫 2 cans diced tomatoes🍅 1 can tomato paste🌶️ 1 can Ro-Tel Original Mild with tomato and green pepper🫑 1 green bell pepper, chopped🫑 1 red bell pepper, chopped🧅 1 medium onion, diced🌶️ 2 tbsp chili powder🧂 Seasoning of choice (e.g., powdered chicken seasoning)

🟢 Instructions:

1. Brown the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess grease.

2. Combine Ingredients in the Crockpot

Add the drained beef, kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Ro-Tel, bell peppers, onion, and chili powder to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.

3. Slow Cook for Flavor

Set the crockpot to low and cook for about 5 hours, stirring occasionally.

4. Adjust Seasoning & Serve

Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference. Add salt, pepper, or additional spices as needed.

5. Enjoy!

Serve hot with cornbread, shredded cheese, or a dollop of sour cream.
