Monterey Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, half of the Monterey Jack cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese on top.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Add Toppings: Remove from the oven and sprinkle crumbled bacon and green onions over the top.
Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
