Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce and set aside.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat with another layer of meat sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
