ππ Milky Coconut Biscuits ππ
Sweet, creamy, and coconutty little bites of heaven!
π Ingredients:
π₯£ Β½ cup self-raising flour
π§ Β½ cup butter, softened
π Β½ cup icing sugar
π₯₯ Β½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
π₯ 3 tbsp milk powder
π₯ 2 tbsp liquid milk
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the butter & sugar β Cream softened butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the milks β Stir in the milk powder and liquid milk until smooth.
Stir in flour & coconut β Mix in the self-raising flour and desiccated coconut until a soft dough forms.
Shape & roll β Scoop out dough, shape into small balls, and roll in extra coconut.
Bake β Place on baking sheet and bake for 12β15 minutes or until edges are just turning golden.
Cool & enjoy β Let cool completelyβtheyβll firm up as they cool and get that perfect soft-bite texture.
π Tips:
Want a firmer biscuit? Chill the dough for 15β20 mins before rolling.
Add a drop of vanilla or almond extract for a twist!
