Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (use your favorite brand or homemade)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the Caesar mixture evenly over each piece, ensuring they’re well-coated.
Bake the Chicken:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C) and the top is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
