Ingredients:
2 acorn squashes, halved and seeded
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Fresh rosemary, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Squash:
Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds. Place the squash halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and black pepper.
Glaze the Squash:
