Ingredients

Mac & Cheese

2 cups prepared macaroni and cheese (homemade or boxed)
Assembly

6–8 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

¼ cup ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons butter or oil (for crisping)
Directions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Drain excess grease and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
Make mac and cheese according to package or recipe directions.
In a bowl, gently combine cooked beef, mac and cheese, and bacon crumbles.
3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls
Lay tortillas flat.
Spread a thin line of ketchup and mustard down the center.
Add a generous scoop of mac & cheese beef mixture.
Top with shredded cheddar.
Fold in sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
4️⃣ Crisp to Perfection
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place rolls seam-side down and cook, turning until all sides are golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes per side).
