What You’ll Need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
How to Make It:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Set up 3 shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Spoon this on top of each chicken piece.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.

Use Italian-style breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
Add red pepper flakes for a little spice.
Serve with pasta, roasted vegetables, or salad.
