📝 Ingredients
-
1 can flaky buttermilk biscuits (8-count)
-
½ lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
-
3 oz cream cheese, softened
-
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp lemon zest
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
-
1 egg (for egg wash)
-
Melted butter (optional, for finishing)
🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayo, garlic powder, lemon zest, and parsley. Mix until creamy and well blended.
2️⃣ Prep the Biscuits
Separate biscuits and gently flatten each one into a small round. Place about 1 tablespoon of lobster filling in the center of each biscuit.
3️⃣ Seal the Bombs
Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake to Golden Perfection
Brush tops with egg wash. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 13–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Optional but recommended: brush warm biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with extra parsley. Serve hot and enjoy that gooey, flaky goodness!
