🍋 Lemon Bliss Tart
A zesty, creamy dream with a buttery biscuit base—perfectly tangy, sweet, and topped with fluffy whipped cream & chocolate crunch!
🧾 Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 packet (about 200g) digestive biscuits, crushed
¼ cup (60g) melted butter
For the Filling:
1 tin (14 oz/400g) condensed milk
½ cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
¼ cup lemon zest (plus extra for garnish)
For the Topping:
1 cup whipped cream (or whipped coconut cream for dairy-free)
Crushed chocolate bars of choice (e.g., white, dark, or milk) OR extra lemon zest
👩🍳 Directions:
1. Make the Crust
Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter until combined.
Press firmly into a 9-inch tart pan (or pie dish).
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until thick and smooth.
Pour over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 2+ hours (or freeze for 1 hour if in a hurry).
3. Add the Toppings
Just before serving, spread whipped cream over the tart.
Sprinkle with crushed chocolate (or more lemon zest for extra zing!).
4. Slice & Serve!
Cut into wedges and enjoy cold.
