Lamb Chops over Lobster Mash with Asparagus

Ingredients:
4 lamb chops
1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and sear lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Steam asparagus until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, combine mashed potatoes, lobster meat, and heavy cream. Stir until creamy.
Plate the lobster mash, top with lamb chops, and serve with asparagus on the side.
